How joint projects work.
For international programmes, one agency in our network leads overall coordination. They manage all communication with you. They align deliverables to a shared standard, and coordinate local teams. Each partner agency works in their language and market, with their own expertise.
We offer you one identified contact and consistent results across countries. You don’t have to bother about coordination between agencies.
An example project.
We have experience in this type of project. We know what works and what needs attention. A concrete example: we delivered a major insurance company’s plain language training programme across 16 countries. Besides the training, we designed writing guidelines for each language. We also created training materials for internal teams and trained local trainers. They now give their own plain language trainings in their own departments and countries.
